Homemade Gnocchi

Ingredients:
400 g of powdered potatoes
300 g flour
4 eggs
60 g butter
nutmeg
salt
Preparation:

Hamburg soup

ingredients:
200 g of white meat chickens

Mushroom sauce

ingredients:

Donats


Ingredients:

- 750g flour
- 1 dl oil
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- egg
- yolk
- 2.1 l of milk
- fresh yeast, 40 g
- pinch of salt

- Oil

Preparation:
 
1st Dissolve the yeast in 1 dl warm milk with a little sugar and a little flour and let it grow.
While growing second whip the eggs with the rest of the milk, sugar and a pinch of salt, add yeast grown, then slowly add the flour and oil with constant mixing spoon.

Tolumba

 Ingredients:
- 250 ml water
- 50 ml oil
- pinch of salt
- 250 grams flour
- 4 eggs
- sorbet
- 600 g sugar
- 500 ml water
- 1 small package from 50g. vanilla- sugar
- little oil



Preparation:
First Prepare the sorbet.

Tolumba:
