Eggplant and Beef

Ingredients:
-500 gr. beef
-2 eggplants
-2 peppers
-2 onions
-1 garlic
-3, 4 potatoes

Preparation:
   Cut up everything and put all (except the potatoes) in a a pan with little oil. Fry on low temperature until water vanish. Add lukewarm water, around 500 ml and cook until meat gets soft. Add salt and black pepper. If needed add water. When beef is done add the potatoes and cook until soft

Pork Bread

Ingredients:
1 kg. flour 
 
 
 
30 rp. yeast 
6 eggs 
 
800 gr. pork meat 
500ml water
salt 
butter
 
Preparation:
Mix the flour with the water (lukewarm) and salt.  Knead until soft.  Leave to rise. (about an hour. Knead again and make balls of. Around 8 balls on this dose.  Each ball press with hand. Make a circle with it . Thin in middle , thicker on corners.  Cut the meat on small peaces put salt on on place on each dough circle.  Pour over meat little butter and place in the oven to bake. When they are half-baked take out of oven and put the scrambled eggs on each and return to oven to bake until brown on the edges. 
 
 
 

Tuna with Beacon



Ingredients:
500 gr pasta
200 gr. bacon
2 peppers
1 onion chopped
4 eggs

Preparation:
Fried onions, bacon, peppers. Cook the pasta as written on the package. Drain.


Mix pasta with fried onions, bacon, peppers.
Аdd the mixed eggs with fast spoon mixing until combine.


Pasta with Tuna fish


Ingredients:
500 gr pasta
200 gr. tuna fish (can)
100 gr. Mayonnaise

 Preparation:
    Cook the pasta as written on the package. Drain. Put tuna, salt and Mayonnaise.

Basic rice and chicken

Ingredients:
 - Onion (1 big or 2, depends how you like)
 - Rice (1 cup for 2 person is enough)
 - Chicken - Salt 
- Vegeta spice or similar (has dried vegetable in, like onion, celery, carrot, paper, salt.. )

 Preparation:
       In salty water boil the chicken (on low temperature) until it gets soft In a pan fry the cutted onion. When soft and little yellow add the rice. Before adding the rice wash it and put immediately in the pan. Fry the rice for 1 min, just to get mixed with the onion. Put the fried rice in a baking pan. Add from the water where you boiled the chicken. On 1 cup rice, put 3 cups of water. Put 1 teaspoon of vegeta or other spice. You can put mint too if you like. Stir. Place the chicken on top of the mixture and put in preheated oven to 200 degrees C. Bake for around half an hour until you see that water is gone.

Bread with Leek

Preparation:
Leeks are finely diced 
Fry 5 minutes 
Bark Pour oil and water every third placed leeks, 
linger and placed on a baking tray with oil 
The remaining oil with water poured on the bread with leeks 
Bake 20 minutes


Ingridients: 500 grams of bark;
                     200 grams of mineral water;
                     200 grams of oil 3 strands Leek
