Baked spinach with rice and whole eggs



Ingredients 

300-500 g spinach
1 1/2 cup rice
4 1/2 cups water
1 cube chicken soup
4 eggs
pepper

Preparation 

Spinach is good clean and wash. Then, the board chopped very finely.
In frying pan first boil spinach (to soften). Add oil and rice, so together frayed another time.

Rice with Chicken Livers


Ingredients: 
- 350 grams of rice,

- 2 onions, 
- 1 chicken livers, 
- oil,
- salt,
- pepper



Preparation:

Rice with Curds and Cream

Ingredients

Basic rice and chicken

Ingredients:
 - Onion (1 big or 2, depends how you like)
 - Rice (1 cup for 2 person is enough)
 - Chicken - Salt 
- Vegeta spice or similar (has dried vegetable in, like onion, celery, carrot, paper, salt.. )

 Preparation:
       In salty water boil the chicken (on low temperature) until it gets soft In a pan fry the cutted onion. When soft and little yellow add the rice. Before adding the rice wash it and put immediately in the pan. Fry the rice for 1 min, just to get mixed with the onion. Put the fried rice in a baking pan. Add from the water where you boiled the chicken. On 1 cup rice, put 3 cups of water. Put 1 teaspoon of vegeta or other spice. You can put mint too if you like. Stir. Place the chicken on top of the mixture and put in preheated oven to 200 degrees C. Bake for around half an hour until you see that water is gone.
