Ingredients:
-2 eggplants
-2 peppers
-2 onions
-1 garlic
-3, 4 potatoes
Preparation:
Cut
up everything and put all (except the potatoes) in a a pan with little
oil. Fry on low temperature until water vanish. Add lukewarm water,
around 500 ml and cook until meat gets soft. Add salt and black pepper.
If needed add water. When beef is done add the potatoes and cook until
soft
